• Hands-on leadership training and career growth What You’ll Do As an integral part of the management team, you will: Lead one or more FOH departments , such as Beverage, Training, Host/Takeout, or Service Hire, train, schedule, and coach FOH team members and supervisors Drive daily operations to ensure high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality Collaborate with senior management to manage labor costs, guest satisfaction, and team performance Handle guest relations and conflict resolution in a professional, timely manner Ensure strict adherence to company policies , food safety, allergy protocols, and sanitation standards Utilize tools like POS systems, scheduling platforms, OpenTable, and HRIS systems to optimize efficiency Act as MOD (Manager on Duty) and support cross-functional restaurant leadership What You Bring 1-2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Proven ability to lead teams, delegate effectively , and drive performance Strong communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills ServSafe Food, Allergen & Alcohol Certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
