Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Services or equivalent work experience Culinary skills required Must be Serve Safe Certified Knowledgeable of Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia Plan and facilitate various function events Ability to manage staff successfully Enjoy working with senior population Must be a team player Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing Culinary Services Develop seasonal menus Manage culinary costs Conduct frequent sanitation audits Manage therapeutic diets Responsible to manage Kitchen and Dining Room Staff, hiring, training, and management of staff.
