As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes while ensuring that all food handling procedures are followed. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all dishes are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques. Experience Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a grill or kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices. Experience with menu planning and catering is highly desirable. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
