This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing the front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Duties Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff training programs to enhance team performance and service quality. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff and delegating tasks effectively. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and financial transactions. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and service. Maintain compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain a positive dining atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen management principles. Proficient in using POS systems and managing shift operations effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences. Mandarin required.
