Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate shift tasks based on the team’s experience and skill set Making sure the truck arrives on time to events and are set up properly to conduct a shift Ensure that all food served is correct and presented properly Greet each employee as they arrive for a shift, and confirm that he or she is aware of their designated responsibilities; provide encouragement and evaluate job performance in a personal setting when necessary Excel at customer service by welcoming customers, answering their questions, pitching current promotions and completing transactions Maintain truck’s overall interior by keeping it organized and clean Follow Load in and Load out procedures at the beginning and end of shifts Oversee all cash management, including payments received and refunds given; thoroughly count and document end-of-shift cash amounts, and keep track of discrepancies for reconciliation purposes Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied with a product or the service received; come up with viable solutions that reflect the company’s integrity and are beneficial to the customer Manage inventory counts and make sure that the truck is fully prepared for the shift.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent degree Leadership and communication skills are a must

Drivers License Preferred:

Management experience Food Service/Hospitality experience
