- Parking DivisionFull-time position (37.
5 hrs/week – 4 day work week)Schedule is: Wednesday & Saturday 3:30pm-1:30am and Thursday & Friday3:15pm-1:30amThe Parking Division is currently looking for hard working anddependable individuals that enjoy interacting with customers and enjoyworking in a team setting. If you are self-motivated and enjoy achallenge, this could be a great fit.
This is a supervisory position responsible for receiving and accountingfor funds generated by parking garages and lots. The shift leadersupervises cashiers and maintenance workers and is in charge offacilities during all hours of operation. The ideal candidate has provenexperience handling cash, completing reconciliation reports, and makingbank deposits. Knowledge of parking operations and supervisoryexperience is desirable, as are mechanical aptitude and basic computerskills in a windows environment. This is a hands-on supervisory positionrequiring the ability to oversee multiple locations simultaneously andto perform routine maintenance including snow shoveling when needed.

Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a confined space or toll booth.
Familiarity with Word and Excel.
Ability to perform light physical work with frequent standing andwalking and occasional lifting/carrying objects weighing 25 lbs., andfield of vision to move quickly or to stand in garage traffic and avoidbeing hit by vehicles.
Ability and willingness to work in varied weather conditions.
Must possess valid Maine Class C driver’s license (must provide licensenumber) and maintain a good driving record.

Salary & Benefits:
- This is a union position, CEBA (Grade 11) Pay range starting at$22.
50/hr., which includes a $0.45/hr night shift differential.
