Position Overview We’re looking for strong, servant-hearted Leaders to join our Management Team. You’ll be responsible for leading shifts, coaching team members, driving performance, and owning operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a Team during daily operations Coach and develop Team Members through training and feedback Ensure high standards for food safety, speed, and guest experience Monitor labor and food costs to meet goals Communicate effectively with Leadership and staff Provide thoughtful guest recovery and conflict resolution What We’re Looking For Previous leadership experience (restaurant preferred, but not required) A team builder who leads by example Strong communicator and decision-maker Passionate about people, process, and purpose Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Able to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
