Morning and Evening Kitchen Supervisors, Cashiers and Cooler Stockers Part Time and Full Time Exit 43 Quik Stop & Gary’s Quik Stop 712 Main Street, Richmond, ME 04357 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, food preparation, and supervising staff in a Convenience Store enviroment . This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, effective shift management skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their culinary skills and performance. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes meet our standards. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Implement and uphold kitchen policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance. Create weekly schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen management or supervisory roles within a hotel or casual dining setting. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
