Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Train, develop, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Monitor food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement training programs focused on customer service excellence and operational best practices. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation of food and beverage items, including coffee products. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency. Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a managerial role within a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of food service management principles, including food handling practices. Experience in training development and staff training is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike. A background in fine dining or upscale food service is a plus but not required.
