Waterside Management Group is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Food & Beverage Director to lead operations across our exciting collection of food and drink venues in the heart of Indian Point, MO. From authentic tacos to handcrafted cocktails, smash burgers to crispy chicken-our food parks are serving up serious flavor and fun! This is a fast-paced, high-reward role for someone who thrives in hospitality leadership and wants to grow with us. The right candidate will be motivated by excellence in guest experience, efficient operations, and building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets Hire, train, and manage seasonal and year-round staff Lead menu planning and seasonal promotional rollouts Maintain quality, safety, and service standards Manage scheduling, budgeting, and vendor relationships Collaborate with ownership on growth and partnership opportunities Drive profitability and enhance the guest experience Be present and active during peak times and events
