Shift Leader Position Available In DeSoto, Mississippi

Shift Leader Century Express Carwash 1690 Goodman Road West, Horn Lake, MS 38637 The Shift Leader position requires the right person to have the ability to serve the customers in a friendly manner. This position will be scheduled 24-36 hours per week, based on business needs. You must be at least 18 years or older for this position.

• Maintaining site cleanliness
• Preventative maintenance
• Managing 1-3 people throughout the duration of their shifts
• Handling customer comments, questions and concerns
• Maintaining a positive attitude
• Assisting the GM in inventory counts, upkeep etc.
• Must be able to do light lifting (approximately 20-40 lbs)’ ‘
