Kitchen Supervisor Nancy’s Donuts 1268 S Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Grenada, MS 38901 Hours Tuesday – Saturday 3:30am-11:30am Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and production. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety while managing kitchen staff effectively. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation standards. Assist in inventory management, including weekly inventory counts and ensure proper storage and rotation of inventory. Ensure all food meets quality standards and time requirements. Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and cleanliness. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Oversee and contribute to kitchen set-up/opening. Ensure proper closing procedures are followed. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the culinary field, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of kitchen staff. ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent required within 60 days of hiring. Must be dependable and punctual with a good attitude.

$11.00 – $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
