Food & Beverage Supervisor 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 5000 S Beach Blvd, Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520 Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures on all federal, state and local liquor, health and safety regulations. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching and training. Assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service; Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures and all federal, state and local liquor, health and safety regulations; Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness and compliance with all policies and procedures Monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs; Assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department; Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling and training; Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet; Represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal/external employee related hearings as needed; Other reasonable duties as assigned.
