TITLE Coffee Shop Supervisor•Beach View•Night Shift
DESCRIPTION
Located inside the Island View Casino Resort• The Coffee Shop is a casual-style restaurant featuring freshly brewed coffee, tea, breakfast breads, deli sandwiches, salads, desserts, and milkshakes. Open daily•24 hours.
WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR FOR OUR BEACHVIEW COFFEE SHOP!
The Supervisor will assist the manager in the overall activities of operating The Coffee Shop by overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant to ensure all quality and safety standards and procedures are being met. Will be required to monitor and adjust staffing based on business needs and maintain work schedules and time keeping records for assigned staff.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred. MUST have a Valid Driver License or State issued ID. A valid ServSafe® Certification is highly preferred. 5 years of restaurant experience with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience. Must have excellent interpersonal , customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills.
