TITLE Steward Supervisor
DESCRIPTION
The primary function of the Steward Supervisor position is to assure the cleanliness and sanitation of food and beverage area and assist the assistant executive steward with all tasks and functions needed in the steward department. Maintain all kitchen equipment and environment according to health department code. Keep banquet areas clean and sanitized. Assists the assistant executive steward as required. Maintains upkeep of all machinery used by the department. Maintains employee records on designated shift. Ensures proper training on chemicals and machinery for all employees.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High diploma or GED equivalent. Three years of food & beverage required. Supervisor experience preferred. Must be 21 years or older. Must have a Valid Driver License or State Issued
