MMI Dining has an opening for a dynamic, self-motivated Director of Food Service Operations to join our team in an educational account in Ridgeland, MS. This is a high-volume, prestigious account consisting of two campuses, perfect for an energetic individual ready to lead with passion and innovation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of running the operation including overseeing the menu planning, food production and special events, overseeing food service operations, maintaining quality and cost standards, and ensuring superior service delivery. We are looking for a results-driven leader with executive-level experience managing diverse services and locations. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, have strong leadership skills, initiate action, and drive the creative process. Experience with purchasing, food production, and P & L management is required. Must be able to manage a staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner, and you must have a passion for providing a high level of service. If hospitality is in your DNA and you have culinary experience as a chef, or have worked as a manager, general Manager, or director in the food service industry, this could be the job for you!
