Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our food service staff by supervising their activities, providing impactful training, effective scheduling, and robust performance management.
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations by enforcing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Maintain excellence in food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards and consistency throughout all offerings.
- Skillfully manage inventory levels and coordinate orders to minimize waste while ensuring that stock levels meet demand.
- Address customer inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and promptness, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to craft innovative menus, delicious recipes, and exciting special promotions that delight our guests.
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment, proactively identifying maintenance needs to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What you’ll need to be Successful
Food handling skills, great communication skills, patience, ability to listen, being proactive
Preferred Qualifications
Requires an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of supervisory experience. May require SafeServe Certification.
