• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our food service staff by supervising their activities, providing impactful training, effective scheduling, and robust performance management.
• Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations by enforcing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Maintain excellence in food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards and consistency throughout all offerings.
• Skillfully manage inventory levels and coordinate orders to minimize waste while ensuring that stock levels meet demand.
• Address customer inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and promptness, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to craft innovative menus, delicious recipes, and exciting special promotions that delight our guests.
• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment, proactively identifying maintenance needs to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols, to safeguard our operations.
