positions Come be a part of a fast-paced, FUN full-service Restaurant in one of Asheville’s communities, Haw Creek. Located at 8 Beverly Road in East Asheville. Apply for all positions at Assistant Kitchen Manager (Full Time) Primarily focuses on assisting the kitchen manager in daily production, ordering, training and upholding back of house standards. While maintaining our Creekside taphouse standards for safety, quality and sanitation. Ultimately, we work together to provide an optimal experience for our team and guests.

Line Cooks (Full & Part Time) Primarily focuses on preparation, assembly and execution of our food, adhering to our BOH systems and procedures, while maintaining our Creekside Taphouse standards for safety, quality and sanitation. $18+/hour (Hourly pay is dependent on amount of experience. We are a tip environment as well) Dishwasher (Full & Part Time) Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. $17+/hour (Hourly pay is dependent on amount of experience) FOH Manager (Full Time) Primarily engaged in the supervision of the entire front of house (FOH) department beyond food service and primary duty, including: Be present and lead FOH during service. Inspire and challenge their team through example, education on our model and ultimately steward a full service attention to detail with our guests. Supervise FOH labor control through effective staffing levels and schedule writing. Interview and train all new FOH employees and communicate verbally and documented progress to GM/Owners. Weekly ordering of beverage related product(s) and supervise the maintenance of suitable inventory levels to meet beverage cost and on-hand inventory target. Complete weekly schedules for all FOH/FOH Management staff. Schedules are posted each Wednesday and are to be emailed to the FOH/FOH Management staff/Owners at the time of posting. Supervise the apportion of FOH tasks to maintain the expected level of efficiency for FOH department during service. Supervise daily lineup to educate the FOH department about specials, seasonal items, beverage offerings, explanation of sourcing, daily sales goals, etc. Maintain the production of effective communication by creating and completing daily manager logs. Maintain the production of effective tip allocations by creating and completing weekly tip tracking logs. Supervise the FOH department to ensure all are trained on Food Handling Safety protocols. Ensure FOH cleanliness, through the supervision of adhering to a regular cleaning schedule, directing others in the appropriate use of chemicals, and correcting deviations from standards as observed. Weekly ordering of paper goods and misc. supplies, supervise the maintenance of suitable inventory levels to meet on-hand inventory targets. Supervise adherence to the health department and time / temp standards. Notify GM, Owners, and KMs of any conditions that would prevent adherence to time / temp standards. Train the FOH department to use equipment safely and correctly and notify KMs, GM and Owners of any maintenance issues. Supervise the daily service cash flow accuracy by counting register drawers and balancing against sales reporting. Supervise labor reporting by auditing time clock reports daily to ensure all employee clock-ins are accurate. •Pay is dependent upon management experience in the Industry.
