As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in various restaurant management tasks. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with food preparation and cooking in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Help manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting for supplies as needed. Support catering operations by preparing meals for events and ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in food service management and restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about budgeting, catering, and overall food service management. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen duties.
