Full-time Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of dining services, including catering, banquets, food production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience for guests.
  • Manage a team of dining staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the assistant manager to create menus and plan special events.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
