Full-time Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of dining services, including catering, banquets, food production.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Manage a team of dining staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to create menus and plan special events.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
