The Shift Lead - Aviation is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the aviation department, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, providing guidance to team members, and delivering exceptional service.
This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of aviation standards. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the aviation team during assigned shifts
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
Train and mentor team members on industry best practices and procedures
Coordinate daily operations and manage workflow to optimize efficiency
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections performed on aircraft
Facilitate communication between team members, management, and other departments
Qualifications
Valid A&P License
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations
Proven experience in aviation operations and maintenance
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and develop team members effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
