Job Title:

Position Overview:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly while creating awesome experiences for our customers. You will oversee opening and closing procedures and supervise team members while ensuring a positive customer experience. If you’re a natural leader who loves working with people and thrives in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, help them choose the perfect wash package, and sell memberships like a pro (training provided). Guide customers onto the wash track safely and efficiently. Use point-of-sale systems to handle transactions and keep things running smoothly. Keep the car wash spotless—trash duty, vacuum stations, and all the little details. Open and close the location, manage shift duties, and ensure everything’s on track. Ensure adherence to daily checklists and safety procedures. Train new team members and provide ongoing support to keep the team strong. Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

Daily Routine:

Kick off or wrap up the day with opening and closing tasks. Build connections with customers and sell memberships like a boss. Keep the car wash queue moving smoothly and efficiently. Make sure everyone’s following the rules and processes to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications:

A people person who loves working with others and creating positive vibes. Someone who’s cool with working weekends (it’s part of the gig!). A friendly, polite attitude—because good energy is contagious. Leadership or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re also open to motivated learners ready to grow. Must be 18+ and pass a pre-employment background check.

Positions Available :

Full-time or Part-time.

Working Days :

Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).

Working Hours :

7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).

Physical Demands :

Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold. Standing for long periods at one time. Quickly assisting customers by jogging/running. Lifting, pushing or pulling 25lbs or more.

Requirements :
