Essential Functions
Supervise MAU associates on assigned assets and shifts
Schedule and allocate labor based on production flow
Act as a subject matter expert in process and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with KC plant standards and legal regulations
Manage raw materials with critical process control requirements
Lead and support MAU associates across departments
Implement and sustain Leader Standard Work practices
Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and mentoring
Manage on-shift safety issues, incident reporting, and compliance procedures
Supervise BCC and CC departments with a focus on safety
Manage cost control and workforce alignment
Lead continuous improvement and customer service initiatives
Investigate material damage/shortage and enforce housekeeping and policy compliance
Maintain communication boards and employee attendance records
Oversee payroll/KRONOS, support problem-solving processes
Promote standard work at all levels
Act as a key resource during daily Kimberly-Clark meetings
Fulfill special customer requests as needed
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work occurs in both administrative and manufacturing settings at the customer’s site
Exposure to non-climate-controlled areas and GMP clean rooms
Use of office and industrial equipment (e.g., computers, forklifts, manufacturing systems)

Walk up to 3+ miles per day
