Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Hot/Cold Refrigeration Technician to service, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. This includes both cold-side (coolers, freezers, ice machines, etc.) and hot-side (ovens, fryers, steamers, etc.) equipment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot , and repair commercial refrigeration and hot-side kitchen equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns. Install and commission new refrigeration and cooking. Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Document all work performed and maintain service logs. Respond promptly to service calls and maintain professional communication with customers. Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and tool inventory. Follow all safety procedures and comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in refrigeration and/or hot-side food service equipment repair. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, gas systems, and mechanical operations. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various commercial environments.
