We are a family-owned, family-oriented fast food business operating within convenience store locations. We are passionate about quality food, excellent customer service, and a supportive work culture. We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Lead to manage kitchen operations at one or two locations specializing in chicken and pizza.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a small kitchen team at Concord or Kannapolis locations Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines Train and support new kitchen staff Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering Minimize food waste and help control kitchen costs Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in a kitchen leadership role (fast food or quick service preferred) Strong understanding of food safety standards (ServSafe certification preferred) Effective leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work weekends Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
