We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Shift Leader (Key Holder), offering an exciting opportunity for internal development and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage front-of-house operations during your shift, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Ensure exceptional service to guests, guiding them through their dining experience and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Take orders promptly and accurately, overseeing the swift delivery of food and beverages.
• Utilize your craft beer knowledge to serve and suggest beers, elevating the overall dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Support team members and address guest inquiries as needed.

Requirements:

• Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Prior experience in management is preferred. Experience as a bartender, server, or waiter is a required.
• Strong motivation to deliver exceptional food, service, and leadership.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a collaborative approach to creating a mutually beneficial arrangement.
