• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
• Ensure high-quality service standards are met in all areas of the business
• Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Implement and enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Coordinate shift schedules and manage staffing levels effectively ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service management and shift management
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers efficiently
