Job Overview:

As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, the Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control. Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership:

Train restaurant staff. Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service. Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Guest Experience:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with seating and table management. Monitor guest satisfaction and take steps to improve service. Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.

Financial Management:

Control costs and maximize revenue. Monitor and manage labor costs. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Food Handler’s Certification (required). TIPS Certification (preferred).
