You will ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications while maintaining efficient operations. This role requires leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient flow of processes, including the scheduling of personnel Set up and prepare machines and equipment for production runs. Operate equipment for the blending and processing of natural or synthetic fibers. Delegate workloads to team members and verify the accuracy of production records. Maintain and record production information and communicate any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and at least one year of industry-related experience. Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational instructions. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Proficient in computer skills relevant to manufacturing operations.
