May through September, shifts range during operating hours, Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM

Our Team Includes:

• Oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations at our seasonal, poolside Splash Café including the opening and closing of the facilities
• Supervise, train, coach & support the service team of bartenders, servers, and food runners
• Ensures all members and their guests are greeted and provided excellent service, including proactively addressing and resolving complaints as necessary
• Ensures member billing, POS daily closeouts and additional reports are completed accurately
• Maintains inventory of products, supplies, and small equipment
• Serves and bartends in the absence of a serving team as needed
• Contributes to developing unique and creative ideas for beverage and service offerings What You’ll Need to

Must-Have Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in a management/supervisory role
• Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage/hospitality experience
• Minimum legal age to bartend (21 year old)
• Clear background screening and employment authorized
• A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
• Available to work holidays & weekends preferred
