Family Entertainment Shift Leader Bounce Parties and Games 4310 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403 About us We are hiring a shift leader to work at Bounce Parties and Games, Wilmington’s premier indoor bounce house facility and arcade for kids. This is a great job for college students who like working with kids and want to gain customer service and management experience! Shifts will primarily be on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Tasks include welcoming patrons into the facility, utilizing the point of sale system, selling food and beverages to patrons, opening and closing procedures, and managing other staff members during your shift. You will also work directly with our lead manager and owners to improve Bounce services and experiences.
