Buena Papa Fry Bar is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations and lead our team in Jacksonville, NC. The Shift Leader plays a key role in ensuring food quality, maintaining outstanding customer service, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts. Train and coach staff to uphold Buena Papa’s service and food quality standards. Monitor food preparation, inventory, and overall efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assist with scheduling, team performance evaluations, and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry. Strong problem-solving and team management skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Must possess reliable transportation. ServSafe Manager Certification is
REQUIRED.
