Responsibilities:
Lead the bucket squad during your shift and keep the energy up. Make sure every piece of chicken is fried to golden glory . Train and coach new hires the KFC way—Southern hospitality and speed. Keep the back of house sharp —sanitized, stocked, and smooth. Jump in anywhere —cash register, fryer, or food runner. Handle guest issues with charm, speed, and accountability. Communicate shift needs to management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience in fast food or retail —you know how to handle a rush. Ready to lead , not just follow. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Positive attitude and reliable work ethic . Ability to multitask under pressure without losing your cool. Strong communicator with both guests and team. Flexible schedule , including weekends and holidays.
