Assist with crew member duties as needed. Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, cash, personal appearance, security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all. Under the direction of the

Senior/General Manager:

• Supervise shifts
• Train and develop crew
• Provide coaching
• Assist with controlling inventory, Food Cost Variance standards and manage labor costs.
• Assist in maintaining building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures. What Will You Need?
• Must be 18 years or older
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License
• Must meet physical demands required of the role
• Preferably 1 year of management experience
• Available to work all shifts and weekends
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Cheerful and Positive Attitude
• Effective communication skills
