Crew Members & Shift Leaders Crew Member Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Prepare sandwiches to Jersey Mike’s standards – slicing meats, baking bread, and crafting subs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Support team members and leadership as needed Uphold food safety and hygiene procedures at all times Shift Leader Responsibilities (includes all Crew Member duties plus): Lead and motivate the crew during shifts to deliver great customer experiences Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Communicate effectively with management to support store goals Train and support new team members
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Excellent communication skills Prior food service or retail experience is a plus ServSafe Certification is a plus (especially for Shift Leader candidates)
