Job Description Responsible for the daily operations of the four outlets within our new Food Hall. Works hands on with restaurant personnel to ensure highest quality of food and beverage while providing excellent customer service. Job Duties Assists in managing the team members in the department in order to attract, retain and motivate employees. Ability to train cashier attendants and ensure proper coverage is scheduled. Provide high quality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints by managing the outlets in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Respond to guest needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects. Create, recommend and implement promotions and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of local market. Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Other duties as requested. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years previous work experience in food service is preferred. Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have full working knowledge of POS systems. Must be Serv-Safe certified and maintain a TIPS or RAMP certification. Must be knowledgeable and adhere to all PLCB regulations. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout the shift.
