Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Lead Kitchen Department•focus on delivering great food, kitchen staff training on production procedures, and kitchen cleanliness and food safety. Guest Service Department•ensuring strong customer service is delivered, service staff is trained for taking orders, menu knowledge, cashier skills, and Drive-thru procedures are followed.
