Are you looking for a fun and rewarding leadership role that lets you spend your days surrounded by furry friends? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a dedicated Supervisor to be a leader in our pack. As a shift leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising and leading the team of kennel assistants, ensuring they provide exceptional care and service to our furry clients.

Responsibilities :

• Supervising and leading a team of kennel attendants to provide exceptional care to dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Ensuring all kennel attendants are following established protocols and procedures for cleaning and dog management.
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintaining and supervising a safe play environment for dogs in daycare.
• Maintaining a clean and safe kennel environment.
• Administering medication to dogs as directed by their owners.
• Providing lots of love and attention to our furry guests.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must have FULL availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays for a total of 35-40 hours/week.
• Ability to jump in and cover shifts as needed.
• Basic computer skills, highly organized, on-time, and reliable.
• Must have a passion for working with animals.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to clean up after dogs all day long (You know what we mean)
