The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in quick service and fast food environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate all concession stand activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service operations. Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records for the concession stand. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during operations. Experience Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices in food handling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
