Glance:

• We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Supervisor to join our Constellation team at Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC. As a Catering supervisor, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events and services and ensure its success.
• What you’ll be doing:
• + Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events and services. + Managing catering staff. + Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all functions according to established guidelines. + Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates. + Any other tasks as necessary.
• What we’re looking for:

• Must-haves:

• + At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality. + Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. + Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation. + Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
