We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Service Lead to support restaurant operations during evening shifts. This is a Front of House (FOH) leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys stepping into various roles during service, leads operations, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll play a key role in supporting the FOH team, managing the floor during closing shifts, and ensuring nightly standards are consistently met. This is an hourly + tipped position with opportunities to grow within our restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the floor lead during evening/closing shifts Support FOH staff (host, serve, bus, run food) as needed Ensure smooth end-of-night transitions and guest satisfaction Complete closing checklists, side work, and team wrap-ups Serve as the main point of contact for the FOH service team Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming FOH environment

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Shift Lead or in a similar FOH supervisory role Strong communication and time management skills Ability to remain calm, positive, and organized during busy service Reliable, with consistent evening and weekend availability Comfortable multitasking and supporting various FOH roles
