Shift Leader 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 8215 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC 27603 Wingstop is hiring immediately for Shift Leaders to join their team! ROLE The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member. Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities. Manage and motivate the crew members. Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained. Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times. Assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift. Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude. Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience. Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes. Open and/or close the Restaurant.
