This position is for a Team Leader; you will assist the management team with the operations of the store. Working a minimum of 20 hours a week (maximum hours would be 30 hours weekly), weekend hours are mandatory with a guarantee of at least one (maybe two) weekend off a month. Responsibilities include overseeing store opening and/or closing, guest services, crew members & prep and cleaning. Team Leader will work a station and ideally be strong in the kitchen. Must have a minimum of 6 months restaurant experience, having team leader, supervisor or any restaurant manager experience is a plus. Dependability is a must, and shifts will be a combination of day and night shifts. Schlotzsky’s is a fun, upbeat, work environment. We pride ourselves on product quality and A+ guest service. Previous Team Leader experience is desired
