Food Truck Kitchen Lead Beans & Greens Farm 245 Intervale Road, Gilford, NH 03249 Overview We are looking for a talented chef to help our local farm market (www.beansandgreensfarm.com) maximize food sales in our beer garden, food truck, and event portions of our business. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in menu planning, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Qualified Applicants Must Have:
Track record of working collaboratively within a team 3-5 years of hands-on work experience in a commercial kitchen environment Can-do attitude, and willingness to take on new responsibilities Learn-it-all, versus a Know-it-all mindset Creativity to deliver delicious food items profitably Enthusiasm to be part of a growing team that contributes to the community Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay:
$18- $20 per hour Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and management. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special events. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
