North Conway, NH 03860 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, full service family and pub restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining food safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the food service industry. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the establishment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong background in food service management or restaurant management is essential. Knowledge of budgeting practices within a food service context is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen workflows is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
