Job Description
Manages teams in ensuring all stations are opened and closed in a timely manner using station books.
Escalates food quality issues to Culinary team for positive outcomes.
Ensures teams serve hot foods to customers using proper portioning.
Ensures all work and public areas are clean throughout the day.
Works all stations when needed.
Communicating any issues of concern to management (i.e. employee or customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns).
Ensures teams follow all safety requirements at the account.
Ensures that the team adheres to grooming and appearance standards. Performing any other duties as specified by management
