Front of the House Lead Associate The Bagel Mill Cafe & Bakery 145 Grove Street, Peterborough, NH 03458 The Bagel Mill is seeking a Front of the House Lead Associate. This is a leadership role that involves covering the General Manager’s Days off or when she is working on other projects. It will involve majority of Sundays and occasional Saturdays. We can be flexible with the weekdays. We understand college students are currently seeking summer time work, but this position is ideally long term.
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable communicating to management, staff and customers Must be comfortable giving directions and delegating to staff Must be 18 or older Must have previous food service experience This position can be part time or full time position, but must have availability for most Sundays This position is “hands on,” that involves making sandwiches, cleaning, customer service, restocking, etc. during the 6 – 8 hour shift. Previous leadership roles ideal, but not required Reliable transportation •
Responsibilities:
Assist training new staff as needed Supervise staff and ensure everyone is following health code standards Learn and troubleshoot the Toast POS system Assist and/or delegate to staff to put away deliveries •
