Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions effectively. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Uphold health and safety regulations within the dining area and kitchen. Skills Proven experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of food production processes and food service management principles. Excellent staff training capabilities with a focus on developing team skills. Proficient in kitchen management practices, including inventory control and budgeting techniques. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
