This role will also support the manager and assistant manager with any needs while also providing great customer service. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company. Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company. Assist Store Manager with interviews. Trains all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance and safety guidelines.
